1. working principle

(3)、Zeolite drying

1. working principle

Zeolite Drying The new technology represented by zeolite drying uses the principle of

physical adsorption. As the 1 kind of microporous crystalline aluminosilicate mineral, zeolite has strong moisture adsorption capacity. When the system is working, hot and humid air is introduced into the zeolite module, moisture is selectively adsorbed, and the heat of adsorption (about 3000kJ/kg water) is released. The heat generated is blown back to the inner cavity, forming a dry hot air to dry the tableware.

The heat released during the drying process of zeolite can make the inner cavity temperature reach a higher level (about 75 ℃), and combined with the final high temperature rinsing before drying, it can achieve a very good disinfection effect.

The drying speed is extremely fast and the efficiency is very high. Deep drying can usually be completed within 20-40 minutes.

1. working principle
